This is a Stealth Lightning SE 16: New in box Child's or Adult's lightweight folding stroller/wheelchair (much like the  16" Convaid, but with more potential for growth.) The seat can be 16 inches, 17 inches or 18 inches. That allows for a lot of growth. It is rated for 150 up to 150 pounds or 68 Kg. It also has lots of extras included. Everything in the pictures is included. (But only one stroller.) List price is 00 with the transit option like this has. I sell it for less than the list price!!
The user  manual states:"The Lightning pushchair has been successfully impact tested and meets the requirements specified in
ANSI/RESNA WC/Vol.1, Section 19, 5.3., prior to May 2002. It may therefore be used as a vehicle seat."
This is a lightweight, highly functional, innovative vehicle constructed of super tough, super light, 7000 Series aluminum. The LIGHTNING is especially convenient for transporting and storage due to its easy to operate "Stand & Fold" feature. The growth feature is especially helpful and should make it last till and into adulthood for most. Adults can use this too.

This is a very nice manageable lightweight stroller/wheelchair for a larger child/adult weighing up to 150 pounds. The Lightening folds up very easily by just pushing one lever with your foot. Brakes also lock and unlock with foot pressure, so you do not have to bend over. When folded it is less than 25 inches in height with the handle up. It is about 21" by 30" in the other dimensions. It weighs 27 lbs without the footrests and close to 32 pounds with footrests on. It pushes very easily and the wheels are wide enough to go over a variety of surfaces. It is still new in the box. It folds quickly and doesn't take as much space in a vehicle as most wheelchairs do. It works even for children who cannot sit independently as long as they have some head control. It does tilt back slightly. It should work great for a child or small adult who cannot walk long distances or for a child who has a positioning wheelchair, but needs something that folds quickly and is easy to take on an outing.
The seat width is 16.5 inches from bar to bar at the end of the seat, and about 16.5 inches between the two armrests. The seat depth is set at 16 inches. The seat can be adjusted to be 16, 17 or 18 inches in depth. The seat back height from the seat to the top is about 24" and if you use the head rest extension it is close to 30". The head rest extension is included along with a canopy to protect from the sun. The shoulder straps are easily adjustable as are the swing away adjustable footplates. This allows for a lot of growth as your child gets bigger. The footrests have 16 inches of adjustment.
It has a silver colored frame is made of strong aircraft aluminum and red heavy-duty reinforced upholstery. It also comes with a five point positioning belt with adjustable shoulder straps with soft padded removable covers. A lateral support (single flap) with scoliosis strap, a head rest extension, brakes on both back wheels and the user's guide/owners manual are included. With all of the accessories and transit option the suggested retail price is 00.
This stroller will ship out by FedEx Ground usually within one business day. A signature is required to deliver. Measure to make sure you are getting the right size. There is a smaller size (12-14 inch seat) that I sell in my other listings.
To determine the appropriate seat depth for a user- The user should be placed in the best possible seated position that can be obtained. A measurement is taken from the back of the pelvis (furthest part of the buttocks), forward to the back of the knee.. Deduct 1-2" from the measured length for clearance.That is the seat depth.If the child or adult has a wheelchair that fits correctly, you can also measure the seat depth of the individual's wheelchair.
